Best Postures To Reach Jhana States
It does not matter in what posture you meditate in order to reach jhana!
any posture will do as long as it's comfortable for you, that's all that matters.
If you feel comfortable meditating laying down, that's fine as long as you won't fall asleep.
Personally, I lay down on my back while meditating as that's whats most comfortable and I know I can keep this posture for hours and hours, unlike sitting, tension and pain starts to build up and will only be a further hindrance.
