Kundalini - upward passage

Kundalini doesn't always use the classical central channel to rise to the head, it can also come up from the front side of the body.

The energy doesn't always make it to the head, sometimes it stops halfway like at the chest but usually at the lower spine area.

When it doesn't reach the head there still will be bodily bliss but it won't be very strong and the mind won't be energized.

It's important to keep in mind that not every energy surge is kundalini.

While you practice spinal breathing, there can be all forms of blissful energy surges shooting here and there.
