Lasting Ecstatic Joy and Happiness

At some point almost every meditation sit brings instant bliss, the mind is familiar with the way to get there, it gets very very fast into a very deep meditation state. just a couple of minutes of meditating will bring you extreme ecstatic joy and happiness.

Things that help to prolong and intensify those feelings are stuff that triggers good feelings within in you. such as listening to music you like, smiling and just anything else that you like doing and is fun.

Even better! just continue meditating deeper and deeper, the mind naturally wants to return to that state over and over again, it wants nothing else but to be in a meditative state.

This is truly when you let go of all expectations and desires.
